A few questions about the 6 Hour Sleep/1 Hour Awake method

I have a few questions about this method to whoever knows what it is or has done it.

  1. I tend to have a hard time getting back to sleep once I’ve woken up early in the morning; will following the whole method correctly make it easier to fall back asleep?

  2. If you’ve performed it, did it work well enough for you? Was your lucid dream vivid and clear? Is this method effective? Did it cause an OBE?

  3. Is anything else needed to make this work? A dream diary, meditation, mixing in another method with it, somehow?

I really want to have some lucid dreams and I’ve heard this method is very effective.

You might find a lot of info in “Big Wild Topic”.6hrs sleep/1 hr awake is just a slight modification of it.Or should i say Wild in its pure?Anyways…take a look in there
