Could any people who are good at lucid dreaming please give me some advice on some ways to make it a bit easier?
Herbs?
Vitamins?
Foods?
Any ways to make WILD or MILD easier?

The term ‘lucid’ dreaming is not very accurate. Lucid means clear and vivid. A better term would be concious dreaming.
I dont think Im really good at it, but If Im really practacing it, and keep a dream journal, I can have them pretty easy, vitamen B6, and melatonin can allso help, but you can allso do it without them. I can have up to twenty lds a month. It just takes a little effort.
I only get dream recall (!) at an average of 20 days per month…
but I get some lucid dreams, this month I had a lot more than usually and I try to use this to motivate myself to have more! I had 3 or 4 lucid dreams and as much pre-lucid-dreams…
in the past I had perhaps one lucid dream in 2 or 3 months… since I kept trying with motivation in this summer I had a lot of more…
There are all sorts of methods to make lucid dreaming easier, you just have to find the ones that work for you and that could mean a lot of work on your part in the beginning, in finding what best for you. As with all things, it takes time and patience, however I found drinking milk helps increase Dream recall and dream clarity, which in turn helps you remember if you had a LD or not…
Oh and sometimes Lucid dreams can be very clear and very vivid, almost to the point of what you see right before your eyes whilst awake. I’ve had a couple of these lucid dreams
