A new method (I think)

I don’t know if this has been said before or if its an official method but I found counting down from 100 using reality checks is helpful. I’ve had a lucid dream everytime I try this…

First I sleep for 5-6 hours. Then I wake up for a little bit, too lazy to get outta bed though. I lay on my stomach and count from 100 down to 0 trying to float in between each number. So its “100 try to float 99 try to float” etc.

what do you mean by float?

imagine your self floating in the air?

yeah just try to float up…when you fall asleep you’ll float.

hmmm ok that is cool i tryed that ages ago but i failed… i focused too much on my body, same with the mild method you have to forget your body really. Try it and see how goes
