Just like in a relationship, if you’re only focus is on the relationship then it can get a bit hectic with unreal expectations and probably eventually lead to frustration or more.
The same applies to dreaming/lucidity. This means having other things going on in our lives, other things that help us create a healthy space for dreaming/lucidity in our lives.
Remember, dreaming is an aid for our everyday life and not an escape from it.
So as we go about our dream life, it’s good to remember to balance it out with purposeful activities in our everyday life. This will help you to have a healthy approach to your dreams and being lucid.
It’s like you have to put in the effort to become lucid without losing yourself in unhealthy ways to the practice of lucid dreaming.
