Just a quick question. Ive been trying the WBTB method recently and realized i just sleep right through my alarm clock! It might be the time i set it to. I set it around 12:20 so im not in too much of a deep sleep. I also have one of the nature alarm clocks and i set it to wind. Maybe it doesn’t wake me up because I hear wind outside my room sometimes and just disregard it. Its like i dont even hear it when it goes off. So what do you recommend i do? Should i set it to the buzzer sound or maybe the radio? Anybody else end of sleeping through their alarm clocks? Thanks
I have a sleeping nature alarm clock, and I like to use the chimes or a bell sound. When the bell goes off, it sounds like a little annoying alarm clock that people used in the 50’s, a little round clock with that just constantly goes off. and my clock gets louder and louder and the louder it gets the more annoying it gets.
But if I used something soft like birds or wind it’s not going to wake me up. I’ve been known to sleep right through them too. I would try something that doesn’t sound like the wind through your windows if it’s confusing you.
