ALMOST WILDING

OK so i have a question. I laid in bed, rigidly still, and unmoving for around an hour or so, i didnt feel SP at all, i can move my body if i wanted to, i just… didnt want to…? so anyways, no SP, and no flashing lights. However suddenly i felt my body pulsating and throbbing, and i began to see flashing images (they weren’t VERY vivid, they were sorta like dreams… not every vivid), and i felt my eyes dashing around inside my sockets, i suspect it to be REM? but then my eyelid just opened, and everything stopped. So i have three questions:

  1. Was what i saw HI, and am i close to WILDing?

  2. Is seeing HI before flashing lights, and without SP normal?

and 3. I have a problem in which when i relax my eyes too much, it tends to just open up a little… hence my waking up. Is there any way to stop this?

Any help will be appreiciated… thanks in advance

  1. It is HI. When you practice WILD more, the more you going to see them. I got to the point where I don’t have to close my eyes to see them. When I’m in a dark room, and I look at a dark spot for a few seconds it happens. So just practice.
  2. HI is perfectly normal without SP, like I explained before.
  3. Try making your room pitch dark, even when you open your eyes little, nothing will happen, you will continue your process. There is one way of stoping this, and it is to lay in bed while really drowsy. Your eyelids will feel like they are glued to each other, being impossible to open by accident. Choose one of these options, both will work.

Alright, thanks! I thought i was never gunna get anywhere with lucid dreaming haha, i guess now im a little closer!

And yes, seeing HI is just the start of the process. So don’t be disapoint if you don’t have a WILD in a month or so… it takes a while… but it’s worth it. Just keep on trying.

Even the smallest step is a step towards success, so just keep on trying.
