Hi, I want to know if anyone uses ambiental music (Dont know if that’s the name, music to calm) to sleep or before sleep.
Could this help in some form?, if so, where can I get some?

If you have an internet connection try “Cryosleep - Zero Beat Guaranteed” in Winamp. Open the media library, choose ‘shoutcast radio’ and type the station’s name into the search box. I also recommend Athmosphere Deluxe, a soundscape generator software.
get on amazon and brose ambiet music genre. find something you like by listening to the samples and then download Soulseek. you can find pretty much anything on soulseek.

Pancra85 I have just the thing. I am an absoulte ambient fanatic, and can reccommend hundreds of producers. But, instead I’ll give you one of my favourite webstreams which I used to put on every night on Winamp, and sleep too before collecting over 1000 albums of my own to listen to. 
It’s a 24/7 broadcast of ambient music and has ‘zero beats’ so you wont wake up.
The website is here. You can listen to the stream if you have Winamp, Foobar, or WMP by clicking here. If you have winamp installed it will most likley launch Winamp and play the stream.
If you can’t get it to work let me know and I can try and find out why! If you can, then enjoy the ambient, it’s one of the best streams there is.
