An interesting tip for people this might help

It’s something that helped me a lot.

Every time something distressing, frustrating, or just plain strange happens in the real world–REALITY CHECK IT. You’ll be surprised how often you start doing it while you are asleep. The only thing is you must do it EVERY SINGLE TIME something unsettles you in the real world.

Nice! This is also what I have been doing. I had one lucid dream, and been having longer and more vivid dreams, also they all been connecting.

This is essentially RCILD :smile:
I have lots of these events per day where I check my reality,

I have that one you just mentioned, so if things feel strange or if I hear a strange noise.
If i enter/leave a building
If I enter/leave a vehicle
If I look at Clouds
If I use my phone
Every time I start a conversation (Very difficult to remember to do this one)

With all of these I end up doing 30-50 RCs a day.
