Ok, so, I gained lucidity last night but I was unsuccessful in finding my animal (and possibly completing this moon’s quest) I was kind of focused on completing my lucidity challenge task.

Once done, I tried calling out to my animal but no luck. However, it suddenly became night, which I suppose is a good thing. Then I wanted to morph into my animal, but at this point I had such low lucidity that when I tried, I kind of “zoomed out” and saw just a regular SPOTTED owl fly off into the distance. (although I do remember thinking “Wrong Strix species!!! So close!!!”)

Closest Lucid dream to transforming into an animal so far, I commend you on that. Hopefully in the near future before everyone forgets about the animal clan challenge you will have high lucidity and be able to transform with more ease!

Had an ND last night involving a lot of different owl species, in multiple “dream scenes,” but I failed to recognize what was going on. :sad:

In the beginning of my LD last night I was screaming Andy!Andy!Andy! (my mind character for CALD) and he didn’t show up. Later on I saw a dog and decided to try and talk to him. I walked up to him and up my hands on his cheeks. “Hey! Whats up? Can you talk to me?” I don’t remember the exact words somewhere on those lines. He didn’t respond back to anything, just a blank stare. I don’t know how to make my MC appear or get dogs to talk. :wallhit: :wallhit:

Try increasing your lucidity first, next time. Just yell “INCREASE LUCIDITY!” or something like that (just be careful not to overdo it). Or try summoning a Lucid Cola or Lucid Pill :smile:

I tried those, they do work but it’s only placebo effect :tongue:

A placebo is when one like a person is given a pill, and is told that they wont get sick and there mind believes it so they dont get sick. But in truth the pill can be just a sugar pill.

well i was thinking that we could use that sort of idea, were we can be our animal but be able to stand up and talk and stuff just like in the books.

Check these out and you will understand: Anthropomorphism and Furry Fandom. While the latter can be ridiculous sometimes (with the costumes, and whatnot), it’s a perfect example. By the way, furry artwork is usually really cool, so check it out anyway :smile:

By the way, Clan, had 2 LDs in a row (in two days), but didn’t get the chance to try anything. On the first one, my powers didn’t work, and on the second… I was… distracted. Check out my DJ for those dreams :smile:
