i was feeling as i ad a nap…
so i was trying a wild for about 1 hours and i didnt went further could you give me some tricks, advices, etc…
thanks in advance
I think you should do a WBTB+WILD, but instead of getting up and doing lucid related things, you should stay there. Your body will already be relaxed, so it will be much easier. I’ve also had this one time where I fell asleep before SP, but I got a LD anyways, because there was a blue carpet in my house, but in RL, my house had a red and green one. And I had realized that I was doing WILD before the dream XD As for the HH, you made it pretty far. I’ve never got to SP before in a WILD. I suggest just keep trying, or take a break from LDing.
Just try to relax and remain calm. When I first felt the vibrations, heard buzzing sounds, saw flashes etc. I also got too excited and had to start over (I still get too excited and wake up sometimes). Try put yourself in some trance like state. Try to forget your IRL body and focus on your dream body, while passively watching the sights you see. It takes practice, but if you put enough effort into it, you will succeed. WILD is notorious for being difficult, but don’t give up!
