i have another WILD question here i go, after you start to get SP how long does it take to enter the dream state?
It depends on whether you’re doing WILD when you go to bed or with WBTB (after you’ve been asleep for a while).
In my experience, with WBTB it usually only takes a few minutes. However, some people go directly into the dream without experiencing sleep paralysis or even HI, so it’s hard to say. I guess it depends on the person. Just experiment and see.
