I haven’t really tried to lucid dream in about 6 years or so and am thinking of picking the habit back up. I barely even remember my dreams anymore, but I am now often waking up in the middle of the night screaming. Should I start back up with a dream journal and DILD or should I try to delve into more advanced techniques. I was a child when I joined this forum, but I am now an adult with some money. Are there any cheap-ish programs out there I should look into? Thanks?
