Hello I’m new here I want to know if anyone has any tips on Luccid dreaming if so please don’t heiseatae to tell me.
Hey Marius Nightvale, welcome to the forum.
Actually, the whole LD4ALL site and the forum is one HUGE tip on lucid dreaming, so i’d suggest to read as much as possible, especially the main site and the sticky topics in the section “quest for lucidity”. [edit: the “How to Choose Your Technique” topic is a good one to read too, it’s sticky in Lucidity intro] Pick a LD technique you like, experiment, and if there’s something you dont understand or whatever post it here on the forum. Good luck with lucidity
Err. A tip. A general tip about lucid dreaming.
Nope, can’t think of anything. Find out some basic information and top it up with some more repetitions (and yet more).
Please read ld4all.com/ it probably answers all your questions. You can also explore this forum and use search to find information.
Well the thing for that about me is I never have dreams anymore for some odd reson.
You’re wrong there. You still dream… if you didn’t, I’m afraid you’d also be dead…
HOWEVER, you can not remember your dreams. Thankfully, this is quite easy to remedy.
When going to bed, simply repeat ‘I will remember my dreams’ in your head, over and over. If you think it’s keeping you awake, stop after 20-30 minutes.
When you remember your dreams in the morning then write down everything you can remember in your DJ. Even if it’s just small fractions or emotions, jot them down anyway.
When you remember one dream each night (which hopefully won’t take too long) then you’re ready to start practicing LD’ing .
If you feel you’re not getting anyway, then come back here and ask for more help .
hmm… My tip would be, dont give up always be motivated. motivation really pays off. Look at my sig if ya want proof. I had 9 lucid dreams last year (over the course of 4 months) and this month and every month hereafter I will be moitvated and I have already matched the ammount in this one month. which took me 4 months beforehand.
Other then that enjoy lucid dreaming, its an amazing gift that has been around for many many years. according to some people you “waste” 50+ years of your life sleeping. Well with lucid dreaming you dont “waste” one bit.
goodluck
Even if I do have dreams I can’t remember them, and I have a question, if I had a dream where I see into the future and forget and remember the instant it happens is that a LD?
… you what? Could you, um, maybe clarify that a little?
Anyways, an LD is a dream in which know that you’re dreaming.
And like I said, it’s quite easy to be able to remember your dreams, if you do the tech I put up above.
You mean premonition or something like it. Maybe you mean a Deja vu. But anyway that’s not a LD.
