Ok i know Astral travel is going beyond regular dreaming or lucid dreaming but has anyone had any experiences with time travelling astrally? if so what happened? what was it like? what did you experience? was it as if you were re living it?

This sounds like an awsome thread! I have ap once before, and had a shared dream, time travel sounds could be the next thing i want to accomplish. Thanks for the links darklight18.
I too am interested in this but know very little about AP vs LD (differences, is it possible attempt an LD and end up AP).

AP is done from the waking state, probably why many people feel AP isn’t real is because inducing one is kind of similar to WILD. The main difference is that during AP you are never asleep, you are in an altered state of awareness akin to a deep meditation.
LDing on the other hand is just a dream in which you have control. Some say OBE’s (not to be confused with APing) can be induced through LD, but I say it’s more likely just and LD of having one.
As far as the topic goes, My friend (Z) once time travelled during an Astral Projection, she visited her friend during the AP and re-lived the full day with that person. She noted some of the things the person was doing while alone and asked her the following day if any of it was true, all of which the friend confirmed.
So, if I’m correct, he changed his past, with a note?
