I just wanted to share with all of you a site I stumbled upon that discusses astral projection along with lucid dreaming and OBE. I went through it and thought it should be mentioned here since there is alot of information concerning these, and though it would be of some help. Please tell me if it helped or gave you a better insight on these in any way so I know this topic was of some use. If not, sorry to waste any of your time.

Imo, yet another spiritual fast food “Hey look OBE is easy and the same as LD’s - but wait then they are LD’s ??” - website. Theres already 100’s of those out there and all the people are stealig each other’s ideas in stead of making up their own mind on sleep-OBE’s. It’s a “Monroe and Bruce said so, then it has to be true” - attitude.

Ok that was pretty harsh but nevertheless how I see it.
