After you get really good at remmebering dreams, do you still have to use auto suggestion? Or do you stop until you feel you need more practice?
You can stop, but still, it wont hurt to say to yourself “I will remember my dream when I wake up” before you go to bed anyway.
I’ve had really good effect on DR by using BWGen and doing autosuggestion (Relaxation for 3 minutes - Hypnosis for 2).
