Ive only had two lucid dreams so far in my 2 months or so of trying… both being WBTB which werent really planned. The first one i woke up fairly quickly after gaining lucidity. The second lasting an ok amount of time, but I seemed to have trouble moving my body and such. It was almost like sleep paralysis except i could move slowly. Eventually i gained enough control over my body to break a window out of the room and fly out. At this point i realized that i wasnt in my normal body so i transformed. Which worked pretty well. After doing this i look around to see where i am.and remember i want to talk to my best friend in my lucid dream. when i start to land the dream ends…
I wanted to know if there is any way i can increase the level of awareness and control over the dream once you become lucid or even a way to do this in the waking life.
try shouting lucidity lvl up!! or lucid x1000!!! when you start fading away.
if you want to increase you awareness you have to be aware that he is there of coarse. if you feel youself sliping away from the dream thinking real hard in the dream and you will eventually stay in ther.And you can try walking around with your friend which makes your brain project the areas that your walking in which will make you stay in the dream longer
