Wow, I feel like I’m facing an examination board.
At first, Thanks for reading, however, I must repeat that I didn’t have time to put enough efforts on this.
For me it’s really efficient, however, I didn’t conduct statistically valuable experiments to validate the overal accuracy of the technique.
The intial intention was to provide a way to improve recall. I believe that these questions should be used to raise awareness step by step to avoid the risk of loosing links among memories.
Also, the idea is to raise the levels , you don’t need to ask the 3 lower level questions all the time. I usually only ask about the surroundings and the others above but the first. (5th to 2nd)
