For the past few nights, I’ve been having terrible dreams, nightmares, after not having one for years. Nothing is particularly bothering me either. They just came out of nowhere. Would anyone like to put their input on this problem?
Many things can cause nightmares, stress, health problems even background noise could probably have some impact.
Perhaps one freak nightmare triggered the rest.
Could you maybe take advantage of these nightmares and possibly get a few LD’s out of them?
There are two good ideas you should try. One if te aformentioned idea of trying to cue in on the nightmares and become lucid. If you succeed don’t fight back or run away, rather embrace the nightmare or be friendly to it.
The other thing to do is examine the nightmares and see what is similar, there is a good chance that something in your life is bothering you that hasn’t been dealt with or a bad memory has been re-triggered and is manifesting itself in your nightmares. If you can figrue this out and try looking at the problem in a new light your nightmares will probably cease.
