bad habits as a reality check reminder

Everyone of us has them: Bad Habits. Like pick your nose, scratch a scab or champ your fingernails. So the next time you e.g. champ your fingernails remind yourself doing a RC! Later when you familiar with this technique try to make a RC INSTEAD of the bad habit. So maybe you can get rid of e.g. champ your fingernails and making RC´s as a good habit.

What do you think of that?

Sounds great, espesially for those of us who have lots of bad habits. I always write “RC” on my cigarette box and do it while smoking but, really, RC’s will never replace smoking for me. But for other bad habits, real good one methinks.
