This happened a while ago but I thought I’d see what everone thinks.
I was in a camp lodge type thing and a strange man showed up and kept looking at me strangely, and the morning after people told me he wanted to see me. I thought… well alright and walked outside. He was standing there with flaming eyes in a Taekwondo fighting stance, so I went back into a fighting stance. Suddenly I got SP and he gave me an almighty turning kick to my hip which really, really hurt. Then I woke up, stood up and fell over from an intense pain in my hip, right where he kicked me! For about three months I couldn’t touch or sleep on that side. After I woke up all I could think about was that man’s face, I can still recall it.
I have no idea about what happened, I was sleeping with a locked door on my back…
I would consider the pain not being as a result of your dream ‘attack’ but perhaps your body knew in advance intense pain would result there, and as the pain entered, your dream symbolized it as someone kicking you there.
just like a loud noise is incorporated in a dream as something normal, so your pain perhaps

As far as I know, its not possible for something that happens in a dream to actually hurt you in real life…
but when we die in dreams it’s clearly either self induced, or usually an act of normal DCs,I haven’t read too many experiences about deliberately try to hurt real people, in real life, via trying to induce SDs…
