bedtime remedies

If tonight you REALLY wanted to have a lucid dream and were just dying to so bad, which technique would you use? If there was only one effective technique out of all of them, which one would you want it to be?

I had a lucid dream last night and would love another one. im on a role. :content:

i know some of you guys are here! answer before i go to bed!

wbtb + mild for me… if done properly 75% chance that I have one.

since when were you on a role if you’ve only had one?

1’s better than none.

eh… no role.

Didn’t succeed last night. but will tonight.

If I’m honest it would be WBTB combined with a low-strength nicotine patch. I would apply the patch as soon as I wake up (after four or five hours sleep) and stay awake for twenty minutes to half an hour, concentrating on my intention to have a lucid dream. While returning to sleep I would observe my hypnogogic imagery while keeping (well in the background) my intention to remain aware as I enter a dream. Relaxation would be crucial and I would not try to force the issue, just stay relaxed and enjoy the experience. Sometimes while using this technique I might find that I begin to experience the strong vibrations or sounds associated with sleep paralysis. I would not let myself be alarmed by these experiences and would allow them to flow while keeping my intention gently focused. This is where I can usually have a WILD.
Please feel free to leave out the nicotine - it’s a catalyst, but the technique works very well without it. I don’t like recommending substances but you asked for the best method so I couldn’t really leave it out or I would have been lying.

Heck yeah, this is what i am talking about. good reply.

You people should take note.
