Hello all i’m new here. I wanted to ask what method is the best to try at bedtime? I read that WILD isn’t good in the evening and i also read that MILD is better after u get some sleep so can u actually do anything at bedtime? Thank you.
You should be practicing Reality Checks randomly throughout the day. You should also do them before bed. Reading, talking, or doing things related to LDs before u sleep can also up ur chances of having a LD.
