Beginner at OBE

I have attempted three times to have a OBE, in the first i had noting, but I recalled 4 dreams the next day. In the second night i tried, i rested my body and so on then i got the vibrating sensation at this point i started to get a bit scared becuase it is a new experience so i pulled out, out of fear. The 3rd night i just started to experience the vibrating sensation but then i could feel rapid eye movement it felt like i could feel all the blood pump through my eye lids and this caused my heart rate to increase then my breathing rate also and once again i pulled out not really out of fear cause i want to perfomr a OBE, it was because i couldnt controll my body. I will keep trying every night in the hope of getting over these nerves. What can i do to help control my heart rate and breathing rate, to stay calm???

i call what i do WILD but i think it’s the same.
first of all, are you trying to do that right from when you go to bed? you might wanna sleep some time, like 5-6 hours, before you try.
second try to create the feeling that “you” are being pushed out of your body, or a spinning sensation. it will help you get out.
try not to think about the physical sensations, but on the feeling you are creating for leaving your body. if you ignore your body you won’t get that much heart beating and breathing.

The main thing you should do is just ‘go with the flow’ and let whatever happens, happen. From my own experience its normal for my heartrate to increase when I get close to or enter the vibrational state, but I just continue to breath as normally as possible to stay relaxed and focused. As far as fear goes, thats something you need to overcome yourself which you will probably do soon enough.
