beyond?

i was reading it on the guide /i read stuff about lucid dreaming again when i want to be lucid… i does help/
and i am wandering did any of you try that… and did you achieve anything

i find it hard to get an answer to a question i have in a lucid dream and i think it’s mainly because i have this limiting feeling that since i am talking/interacting with myself there, i won’t be able to learn anything new (and the questions i ask are really hard of course)

Ive started reading about lucid dreams and how they work about a week ago... Havent had a single one before yesterday and today morning…

The technique that worked REALLY well for me is that one where you go to sleep, stay on bed for 6 hours, wake up I mean really wake up, go out of bed for water or bathrrom. Then you stay reading about lucid dreams, techniques or other ones lucid dreams, anything related to it, for about 45 mins, then go to bed and do MILD. Mild is just think that you WILL dream, and you WILL control it. What I usually do that I found that works, is not thinking in future, is thinking: “I AM DREAMING.” so when I actually dream, I think that I am dreaming, not that I will dream…

This really worked for me! I had a lucid dream today and yesterday, and there is the technique I used!

hmmm, i was referring to this:

You know where your problem is. You just said it yourself!

The power you have in dreams comes from your waking life, from your waking expectations, believes, your limitation and such things.

If you think that you can’t get satisfying answer from your dreams then you will not get the answer. It easy as that. Or to better say it’s easy as easy you make it.

So try approach to the problem with open mind. I know, you are pretty open minded because you are here. But lucid dreaming will help you to expend this already open mind into something better, and even more opened, at the end that is the purpose of lucid dreaming.
