Binaural Beats NOT recommend for children

Hello Dreamers,

I read on the internet that binaural beats can be dangerous for children.

This says:
Although completely safe, it’s recommended that you do not use binaural beats on children. Even children with no health issues are more prone to seizures than adults are. Also children may be epileptics and not even know it yet. Binaural beats could easily bring out these issues in young children so it’s recommended that you don’t let them use them.

I won’t recommend them for people anyway. I’m not a child but Binaural Beats give me a headache if I listen to them for about 2 minutes or more. But if you’re not a child and they don’t give you a headache I’ve heard they can be helpful.
