Binaural Beats

Im just curious about Binaural Beats, I have never used them and I am thinking about experimenting with them a little, one question I cant seem to find the answer too though is what frequency are you supposed to use?

I think it is the Theta frequency.

I usually type lucid draming binaural beats in the search bar, of Google or Youtube, and work from there. One I used frequently was 7hz.
