Now yesterday when I went to sleep, I tried WILD. It didn’t work after an hour so I gave up for the day and went to sleep normally…Now, I woke up at 3:00 this night and my 1st thought was “must write in dream diary” but when I’m up I realize that I can’t remember dreaming…And that never happened to me, because even if I would not remember dreams I would remember colors and stuff like that. Now it was all “blackness” and when I fell asleep again and woke up later in the morning the same thing had happened…Is it normal???and if not what can I do to stop it.
Are you getting enough sleep?I had the same problem because most dreaming happens in REM just a thought.

Remember a begining WILDer MUST have had at least four to six hours sleep before they should attempt WILD. Only experts can do WILD when they go straight to bed.

OK, thanks…Well atleast this night I remembered something but fell asleep before writing it in my journal and now i only remember the colour “purple”…lol

Are there ways to do that?, because my alarm is pretty loud and it would kinda wake up everyone in the house. I did try autosuggestion but its more or less precise because it wakes me up at 2 or 3 and I go to sleep at around 10
Well , I have 2 tips :
1 train in autisuggestion , And between 2 and 3 ain`t that bad when laying to sleep at 10 .
2 Get a less loud alarm
