Body Sleep , Mind Active, and then?

Ok in my second try i didnt move like for 30 minutes
i was sure that my body was sleep and i still was thinking what im going to do in my lucid dream after that i start feeling a little bit of pain in my left leg and my left hand but then i didnt know what to do
so… what do i need to do after im sure my body is sleep and my mind its active
Thanks

When your body is asleep you won’t feel anything at all, no pain, nothing. It’s like you don’t have a body. Are you sure your body was actually asleep? I don’t think you actually entered SP , just the beginning of it maybe.

If your body was actually asleep, then you need to wait for a dream to form.

well i think its the beginning because i was able to move but when i moved it felt like omg idk how to explain it

Hahaha, it’s okay. It sounds like you’re really close though, keep trying! It’ll happen soon. Just don’t move!

Just one question when my body become sleep im going to LD automatically?

After “your body goes to sleep”, being WSP, your minds not meant to be completely active. In truth, you should feel as if you don’t have a body anymore, and your eyes don’t exist. You need to see in your head, if that makes sense. Not concentrating on events behind your eyelids, but events going on within your head.
Daydreaming, I guess. Losing conscious lucidity. Doing this allows your mind to go to sleep, which at the step your on, you actually NEED. The key to WILD’ing isn’t to enter your dream while conscious, it’s meant to enter a dream so smoothly, it SEEMS as if you entered your dream while conscious. You literally slip into your dream by not knowing you fell asleep.

Hope this makes sense, the steps to WILD’ing can be a little bit hard to explain.

Ok so what i know if i use WILD i need to be in SP and when someone its in SP they can be scared.
So i decided to change to MILD and WBTB, and a quetion when someone use MILD
They need to ¨Dont move for 30 mins ¨ ?
Sorry if i make alot of questions but im so curious about this

MILD is another technique entirely. WILD’ing is more of achieving an OBE, instead of having a lucid dream. If you want to MILD, all you really need to do is fall asleep with the intention of being in an area in which your awareness is increased. Like falling asleep while thinking about a building, because buildings have doors, and when you pass underneath a door, you know you’ll want to do an RC.
It’s all about increasing your awareness, really. You don’t exactly have to “wait for 30 minutes”, or anything else.
You CAN however, add different techniques that will aid in becoming lucid through the MILD technique. Maybe that’s what their talking about.

As for being scared about SP, don’t be. Everything that is included in the WILD technique are normal occurrences, they happen every night, and you shouldn’t be afraid of them. Some people are simply because they believe they will be afraid: this causes them to be scared simply because they believed they would be.
Literally, they are tricking themselves into becoming afraid. Unfortunately, this has caused many newcomers from what I can see to become scared of attempting the WILD technique.
Just know that any technique in lucid dreaming isn’t something to be afraid of.
