Breathing and consciousness of the body

These are my suggested ways (wich are open to tips and questions, of course :wink: ) to LD. Also if what i mention has already a name, don’t be afraid to be nerdy!

As i told in my entrance post, it’s been a while since, when i was 20, i last LDid.
I was trying in these previous months…with poor results. All i was able to gain, was the control of my dream-self, but in a pitch black scenario. When the scene, usually, changed from black to “greyish”, i would try to fly; but, instead, i was just kinda pulled from my back away, with no chance to stabilize myself…

Only last night i made some progress, wich i already told.

My method include the use of relaxing, eerie music in the first place, but is not essential.
Then, my two physic weapons are: low and long breathing and the consciousness of my left arm (and, later, of mostly the entire body).
About this consciousness, it’s like a fuzzy sensation, a vibration, if you like wich, if tooked in the dream, gives awareness of your capability of motion. Then, the rule it’s just DON’T PANIC and enjoy the ride.

There were times that i also fell asleep after a False Awakening in my room, and found myself in another “level”.
