Can anyone tell me all the steps to wild Dreaming?

Just write it In point form please if you dont mind

There really isn’t one way to do WILD. WILD, if you don’t know, is falling asleep, while having your mind still active. This way, you go to sleep conciously and start out a dream, lucid. There are probably over 100 variations of WILD, because almost anything can be done to keep your mind awake while falling asleep. Whether that be counting, screaming in your head, or small movements of a body part (like your fingers) until you enter a dream. So that part of a WILD, is basically up to you.

Now, before you perform your activity, you must be fully relaxed. It also makes it heaps easier for most, if not all people, to try and perform a WILD after you wake up in the middle of the night after a dream. This way, you will be more relaxed and tired, and you will go straight to a REM cycle.

This is all you really need to know, rest is up to you. Good luck and happy lucid dreaming!

"try and perform a WILD after you wake up in the middle of the night after a dream. This way, you will be more relaxed and tired, and you will go straight to a REM cycle. "
Can you use autosuggestion to wake up during a REM cycle or after a dream directly? Or does it have to be done indirectly, by using it to wake up after 3, 4.5, 6 hours

Either way should work. Waking up in the middle of a REM cycle would just give you a less amount of time in that REM cycle (to my understanding), so you have less time to have fun…lol. But it would still be good because study shows waking up before the REM cycle is over, you are much more tired than if you were to wake up after it is over. Waking up in the middle of REM would also make it a lot easier to enter the dream you just woke up from, and you could somehow visually induce yourself becoming lucid.

It’s all preference and opinion.

There are far too many WILD techniques to describe each in detail. Try to read as much as you can from the big WILD topic. I know it is long but there is a lot of good information in there.

IMO the most important things to keep in mind:

  • place yourself int a state of deep relaxation

  • then bring yourself down into a trance

  • Let go of all other thoughts

I can Relax myself instantly once i lay down and all thoughts are gone and i just see black then i count from 1-100 once i hit 100 i restart and every time i just fall asleep

Try to imagine yourself floating down instead of counting. Try and feel yourself falling and just focus on that. I have found that this works much better than counting for me.

Good luck
