Is there anny known reports of binural beats being harmfull in any way??
I have never heard about any harm caused by binaural beats. I would be careful if I had epilepsy, though, just in case. And I wouldn’t set the volume to max and use headphones, either.
Just what IS binaural beats? And how does it sound like? I have the “Lucid_Dream_Induction” MP3 on my comp (Nicked "LD Induction - Dream Trance + 3 statements by me.) and it sounds like there’s binaural beats there.
What frequency does the above mentioned MP3 use?
Am I getting it correct that its the same as 2 beats of a stringed instrument, just with a much smaller interval?
The only damage i can think of is to your ears. But i doubt that would happen at a low volume, unless you use it way too long. I personally would not feel comfortable about sleeping with earphones playing binaural beats during every night.
