So I’m doing the CAT, (Cycle Adjustment Technique) technique. I’m still in the first stage, waking up 90 min. early. So, here’s my question. . .
I wake up at 5:00 and for the rest of the day I feel kinda tired & very easily annoyed
Can I take a nap in the afternoon and not throw of the CAT cycle I’m working so hard to establish ??? ( And if I can, will I have a REM period during the nap?? )
Well, the fact CAT works is dependent on the switch between the cycle of off-days, so taking a nap shouldn’t harm you any Be free to do so!
