What I mean by this is, is it possible, in your dream, to find some door or something that can lead you to astral projection? Astral projection caught my eye, and since I’m decently experienced at lucid dreaming, astral projection would be easier. Any ideas?

Well you could 'do anything" in your dreams. But I honestly don’t think it’ll feel the same, or would count as an actual AP. So from what I think, no you can’t.
