Whenever I try to WILD, I can never get into SP!!! One time, I was WILD’ing and I felt tingling, then it went up to my face and my nose hurt so much that I had to sit up!!! After that happened, I could never get anything close to it again!!! (btw: Do your eyes have to be still during WILD’ing???)
Just remember that you don’t necessarily have to get to SP… I don’t get SP in most of my WILD’s…
And I don’t think the eyes have to be still. Maybe focusing and thinking about the position of the eyes might get you distracted…
