I have 2 problems. one being i just dont sleep past about 5 hours or so. im not sure why, my room is a tad dusty… nothing nearby me though, beds nice and soft so i dunno why i keep waking so early, Anyhing i should avoid before sleeping? Also i have this problem… just about every night, im just too aware of being awake, i can hardly even fall asleep now, because im too aware, how can i just forget everything and fall asleep?
If you arn’t already, try doing some more excersise during the day which will make you more tired at night. I do this and it’s sometimes a great feeling going to bed, and you will fall asleep much easier.
Yeah, it’s that simple. Just go out running or cycling for a half-hour or more before you go to bed. It was in a recent movie about LDing actually… the main character has the same problem as you
I can do self-hypnosis and fall asleep for approximately 15 seconds.
If you choose to do self-hypnosis, you don’t have to know a lot, just the basics and how it works…you can do the rest
I really don’t know how to solve this problem…yet.

Actually i’d suggest to do it early in the morning or early noon. Excercise actually gives you an energy boost, you’ll only feel really tired hours after.
ah, i actually go to sleep around 1-5 AM, yea i gotta fix that i know, but still, uhm… explain self hypnosis? what you do anyway, and uh… yeah i run about 1 mile and walk 2 in addition, so yeah.
