Recently I’ve been having some trouble with sleep paralysis. I can paralyze most of my body apart from my chest. Whenever my chest paralyzes i can’t breath quite as well. and then I take a deep breathe and lose the paralysis. This just cycles back and forth and I just can’t paralyze my chest. Any tips please.
Yup. Couldn’t of said it better myself.
The reason you naturally undergo sleep paralysis is so that your body is unable to act out your dreams. However, despite this you still need to breath so the “chest area” shouldn’t be paralyzed.
Also, try to maintain a regular breathing pattern. If you breath too irregular, your body will sense that you are “awake” and you will break the paralysis.
