Cant move or do anything in a LD

Hey everyone Im just wondering why my commands in a dream is not working I cant even move and when I say clarity now the dream does not even get vivid it just stays how it is. I’ll tell you the dream I had with this problem. I just want to know If im doing anything wrong or if I just need to practice this is my third lucid dream

Me and my friends was trying to figure out ways to lucid dream in a dream lol. Someone had told us about a man named Jake Jackson. He will make you pass out and you will have a lucid dream. Me and my friends Noah and Jesse was trying to find out were this man or thing is. I think he was in the EU or Europe. We then made are great adventure to those places. The next thing I realized I was on a dragon flying next to a train with my friends. We was following the train to were ever the man was. I could see gunfire from the cargo train like someone does not want us here, we flew around trying to dodge everything and I jumped off my dragon onto the train and waited there. For some reason we got back on are dragons and flew away. Then I was looking at this map at were he was. Then it was like we went through the map and we was falling to were he was. Then we was there. There was already lots of people there. Like one of my other friends named Serena. Jake Jackson was there too. It turns out he is a monster/demon. How he makes you pass out? He shoots this purple beam from his hands at you. But anyways he was making everyone pass out I ran toward him to make him pass me out. And he shot the beam at me I felt very weird and I felt like I was going to fall. Finally after maybe 5 seconds I fell to the ground and passed out. In the dream I then dreamed about a man walking across this road. He looked like he was a cowboy and it looked like there was end credits from a movie playing. This is when I became lucid. When This happened I remember trying to move but I couldent. Then I tried thinking of Clarity now. But still nothing happend. Then I tried to say clarity now out loud a few times. Still nothing happend just nothing. I also felt weird saying clarity now out loud in my dream because I thought I was talking in real life so I stoped too. Then the dream I had in the dream faded away. And I woke up in the strange Jake Jackson museum. I was no longer lucid and I was just simply looking around the museum. Then I woke up

Well becoming lucid is one thing or skill, staying lucid is another and controlling the dream is third…

And in this order you should develop them. It may take time and practice. Give yourself a time and things will be easier…

That sounds like a false lucid dream. Maybe that’s why you couldn’t do anything

So should I count this as a lucid dream or not if it was false I remember me trying to say clarity now.

its all about the mindset or practice if you are confident it will clear up and get like better it will

Yeah I’ve noticed every time I become lucid I get longer just a bit. Its still the best moment whenever you get lucid tho dont care if I cant do anything. The feeling when you know your lucid is just great.

Hello, this might have been a lucid dream. Did you really realize you were lucid or did you just dream about it?

Anyway, try to be very confident when saying that. Also, I know you couldn’t move, at least one in that one dream, but still rub your hands. It helps me greatly. What also makes the dream more vivid is touching anything from the dreamworld. Do try it, but if you, after you’ve really tried, still cannot move, maybe you can try actively looking around the dreamworld? The idea is to stay engaged by simply being engaged with the dream - maybe just active looking could do?

Also, try something like imagining shackles around you and just breaking them, being confident that you would walk out of your paralysis.
If you get a more lucid dream, you will be able to move anyway

I hope this helped.
