this tea is really psychedelic somehow,

i drank a few cups of it, went to bed, got up to use the bathroom, went back to bed, and saw a tremendous amount of swirling colors, they did not make me WILD because i fell below them in a state of somewhat sleep, but

i think this tea could be very useful to bring into hypnagogic state

it has catnip chamommile hops mint and lots of other things that may be conducive to lucidity
but i felt like i had been drinking beer when i woke up today which is gross and icky, from the hops in it.

This community will surely end up collecting pages and pages of drinks and aliments to help lucidity in any way at this rate :lol:

i think you can get it wal-mart or target, its a very average brand of tea that i see everywhere, celestial seasonings

Yeah, I used to get that brand at my grocery store sometimes. :smile:

Speaking of HI, I’m getting to be good enough at relaxing that I’m starting to get it just by laying down on my floor! That’s a first. :razz:

So I’ll try that tea. :happy:

Sounds Intriguing, Im an occasional fan of the celestial seasonings myself, though I’ve never seen this one, nor any tea with catnip or hops in it! writes it on the grocery list :lol:
