What technique do you use to clear your mind/ Relax before attempting to become lucid in the dream world? Any help is appreciated.
Some of us don’t use anything, some meditation, there’s no thing that works for all.

I just tried it yesterday and LETTING GO of thoughts and desires made me more or less sleep Much more sound and clear and with a better dream recall.
I meditate using binaural beats…
I focus all my attention on visualising some of my favourite dream scenes, imagining myself to be there and lucid. It’s like a meditation in that I don’t allow myself to have any thoughts unconnected with the dream scene. I find that I nod off a little too easily with meditation alone. Having something to focus on helps me to keep some awareness as I start to dream.
that’s true, that’s what I have to do
I meditate. I should start using binaural beats again though, that really made me relax.
