I’ve not succeeded in WILD for some time (in fact, a very long time ) and I’ve come to this thinking…
Sleeping (or, inducing WILD) on my side is much more comfortable but what always happens is that I fall asleep - losing my consiousness… which is not what I want to happen. Perhaps I need to focus more but I’m afraid I will stay up and can’t go to sleep at all then…
On the contrary, WILD’ing on my back is much more uncomfortable but does often prove good results (I think )
So I’m really uncertain in what way I should retake my WILD’ing now. Any suggestions or tips?
If find that trying to sleep on my back is next to impossible when first going to bed. It’s more possible in the mornings. And i also lose my consciousness easily when sleeping on my side. It’s easier to focus on my back. But I haven’t WILDed in a very long time. Probably because I don’t do WBTB anymore.
Most of my WILDs have come through side sleep. I’ve entered on my back too. I do think your HH will be more vivid on your back, but for me it’s not my normal sleeping position. So i do have a harder time relaxing enough to actually get through SP.
I’ve also noticed the noises, vibrations, dropping feelings in SP are alot more instense when i sleep on my back! Also I’ve had some realistic and frightening hallucinations when sleeping on my back!
