i’ve a question but i don’t know if this is the right topic to post it, anyway i think posting a new topic would be wasted space on the forum so… mods correct me if this is the wrong place to post :unsure:

Anyway the question is… a 0.5 LD is half because it lasted few seconds or because you were not fully lucid in it?

Had an extremely vivid and amazing LD experience last night. That makes 12 for August.

Either or both is the way I see it.

And 1 more WILD gets me to 11.5.

My understanding is a 0.5 means a few seconds of lucidity.
Prelucid isn’t lucid, so those don’t count.

For myself, I’m noticing more glimpses lately, but the lucid moments I’ve gotten in the last week were so brief, I’d almost rather count them as 0.25 each. And this morning I had another brush with lucidity, which I’m not going to count here, but I do feel encouraged.

Had a trecherous(sp?) night last night… I did an unintentional WILD which got me a very long LD. That’s 13 then.

Had another LD last night; that makes 6 (a new record!)

fell right back to sleep afterwards and almost didn’t remember it!

Ahh had an unintentional WILD the other day and around 5 chained LD’s this morning… Im up to 2.5. Not too shabby :smile:
