"Conscious Dreaming?"

I don’t really understand this.

I grasp it as while you are asleep but lucid dreaming ( or dreaming consciously ), you experience everything you dream as if it were in real life?

If that’s what it’s like, that’s amazing.

But if you’re ‘dreaming consciously’ in this manner, do you even get sleep? Or do you feel tired in the morning, etc…

welcome to the forum
After a lucid dream, you usually wake up feeling refreshed :content:
While lucid everything feels real but you know it is a creation of your own mind - it is awesome :boogie:

so basicly, your inside your own mind, seeing everything as if it were real, and great, but when you realize its not real, your the master of all of it, basicly the god of your own mind, then you know your lucid and can control most of whats inside it?? thats the best way i can describe it while making sense of it, if what i said just now is true, and correct…THATS FREAKIN AWESOME!!!

in fact, while lucid, things may even feel more “real” than real. When waking up, that what you call “the real world” will feel less “real” than the LD you just had.

It’s difficult to describe how a LD feels to someone who hasn’t experienced it yet. The best way to find out is to have a lucid dream  and then you will know
