…Has anyone here done it? I am very curious about it… Is it even possible, are there any verified experiences? I’ve heard you can do it, but I need your opinions too… And, do the spirits have a human shape? Am I able to hug them? I will let myself know if I only could project someday… 
I think it’s possible if both people concentrate on it fully, but I don’t think you can just ‘call’ someone into a dream existence, and have the conversation be reflected IRL.
Yes, it’s possible both here and in the astral. Spirits can take human shape if they want. But do you think you take human shape on the astral? Hehe, it’s not like the normal dream world.
