This is what I do before I go to bed:
- Eats popcorn
- Eats pickles and mustard
This is what I do when I go to bed:
- Look on the digital clock 3 times (reality check)
- Listen to the Stephen LaBerge interview
- 4 hours after I have laid me down in bed, my CD- player automatic plays the Stephen LaBerge interview again (the CD-player is programmed).
I am wondering if this is helpful.

I don’t know about the food, but for a while everyone was talking about that interview.
The RC is also good.
Shrug I’m not a master.

You’ll have to stop for a few days and compare results from this period with the more… intense.

here are some food that will keep you asleep. these are foods that are high in Tryptophan:
Milk, eggs, meat nuts, beans, fish and cheese
If you have trouble getting to sleep when u first go to bed eat a meal high in carbohydrates.

Try that method for a while. If it doesn’t seemto be working, try another one .
The only thing I would add to your routine would be to strongly affirm to remember you are dreaming the next time you are dreaming.
I also encourage you to keep a Dream Journal
As for the food I have no Idea.
If you do not get results after a few days you might want to do RC during the day as well.
Happy Dreaming
