Cycle Adjustment Technique

I’ve read up about a lot of methods, and I came across CAT. I think it seems like a good idea, but when I looked it up on the forum, there was only one thread. It seems like no one has tried it yet, because everyone values their sleep too much.

I’ve decided to try it. If I’m not going to find out about other people’s CAT experiance, I might as well try it myself. I’ll keep posting to tell everyone how progress is going. Wish me luck. :content:

Ya pretty much value sleep during school, but maybe if it works ill try it out this summer

mind explaining a bit more about what CAT is?

CAT is when you train your mind to become conscious at a certiain time, and then sleep through that time and hope you become conscious and have a LD. So, what you have to do is this:

  1. Get up 90 minutes earlier than usual for 1 week.
  2. After this, only get up early every second day.

By doing this, you are training yourself to become conscious at that time. So, on the days where you sleep in, you’ll still become conscious, resulting in a LD.
