Darkness, and being the light

OK… My APs unlike my LDs are allways in the darkness, and it really anoys me. My LDS allways have light in them, now I look at this as a lesson. I believe God is teaching me that I have to provide my own light, but I cant. Its easier said then done. So any advice. I believe Ive talked about this before, but Im still having trouble with it. I had a AP lastnight where I was flying very low to the ground, and it was dark, and I was scared. I have come to believe that this is a test, or a lesson of faith. I have to have enough faith to know that I can change the dark to light, but I call on it, but it never, never works. Is there anything you could tell me that would some how strengthen my faith to call on the light. Please help, because Im begining to hate projecting.

I have a similar situation… I have noticed that all my most vivid and realistic dreams are at night, but along side that, is that at some point there will be rain. Whether it be constantly raining, or start raining half way through. I can list off and describe a dozen dreams that took place during the night. But those that took place during the day time, are very hazey for me. I wish I could tell you what it meant. But it is interesting to know that someone else is having a similar experience.

I’ve read a theory, that your brain projects the physical darkness of your shut eyes into your dreams. Thats why many ppl dream about darkness and light switches that do not work. Just a theory.

well Kava maybe God is trying to teach you that you can’t provide your own light. The Bible says that Jesus is the way the truth and the life and that no man comes to the Father but by him ( through his innocent blood). I believe God still speaks in dreams to fight for souls, so maybe hes trying to show u what i just wrote… If u already have accepted the gift of eternal life then when youre in that situation in your dreams again and are able to think straightly just realize that God will protect you and you dont have to be scared and the light should come…

I believe it was Robert Bruce who said that darkness is common in the lower plains of the Astral realms. Perhaps try to increase your vibrational state while out of body.

Do you project at night?

Same for me, dreams that are in a night time state are normally more vivid than those that take place during the day. I think it is something to do with having your eyes closed, and the darkness from that being projected nito your dreams.
