i think EFT here is what enforces the mantra. after all if you just push the points and say nothing and imagine nothing, it will not work (if i understood it right)
True, so the point is that EFT doesn’t work without mantra and mantra doesn’t work without EFT in this technique…
therefore it’s an enhanced MILD, with special additive techniques…
because if you had to attribute it to the way we enter LDs… there’s MILD, WILD and DILD. all the techniques fall under one of those specific categories in one way or the other.
Yeah, you can say that… I mean it’s better to use mantra in that way then in just normal way… Suggestions helps a lot but if you say them with EFT I think that can be even grater results…
Every time i have used this tech. I have been using it laying down, and nothing goes wrong for me.

Ok, last night I did this, didn’t have an LD, but when I woke up I had basically perfect recall! Of course then I went back to sleep and forgot all of it
It really does! I had another lucid dream with this last night. It’s just a bummer my alarm clock ended it after 5 minutes. haha All well, there’s way more where that came from.
Nope. I understand why you might think that though. I recommend doing a Google search for ‘why EFT works’ or ‘how EFT works’. It goes a lot deeper into your mind than just a plain old mantra like MILD. This technique is like MILD on steroids. A good indicator of how well this works is the fact that I haven’t done a single RC in waking (or dream) life for a couple weeks now. I haven’t been keeping a dream journal and I haven’t been doing WBTB and I still have had about 4 lucid dreams in just the last few days.
I never had this kind of success on plain old MILD.
Exactly. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Although, generally I see people having success with this much faster than it takes them to have success with MILD.

nope. it doesn’t work two nights in a row now, exactly 0% success. it doesn’t work
i think that the problem is this… if MILD has ever worked for you, EFT will work for you, probably. in my case, MILD has possibly worked just once in a half a year. that’s why EFT fails as well. i fail at programming myself, which ever way it is. the base of this is MILD. so… yeah.
i don’t know if i’m going to keep trying, because this is useless. takes a really long time before bed and does nothing.

I’m doing this 3 nights in a row and I don’t have any special success then DR. But I don’t expect it to work in 3 days/night neither should you, I mean what tech works in 2 days?! And I have to say that I quit with WBTB, MILD, WILD and VILD just to see if this work and to see in what way it works…

If you think that there’s no point then it’s maybe better not to forced it… LOL I didn’t know about EFT nothing, just like you and one of the first questions to myself was the same. But here’s the video that will explain you everything. Just focus on how is he tapping the points, the tech is not important here…

I don’t think that essential for success but maybe is better to keep them closed because it’s easier to focus on mantra and visualization…

first time yes, then you hum some song to activate creative part of the brain and then count to 5 while tapping gamut point to activate logic part of the brain…

for some reason you don’t need to tap ring finger… I don’t know why but in EFT as I saw you need to skip ring finger…

Yest tried the EFT technique but didnt hv any effect over dream. Maybe coz, i tapped even the ring finger.

How many times to do it before sleep? (Approx)
Should this be the last thing u do before sleep? I am also doing meditation in Conjunction with this method…
Give the time to tech…
It’ s suggested to do it as many times as you need to, or when you feel like you set intention… Once or twice should be enough, but if you feel like you need to repeat it again just do it…
It’s good to do it just before sleep, it leaves more impression…

Just a question, when it says to do each point 10 times. Should you cycle through all of the points 10 times or say the mantra 10 times while staying on 1 point and move through them like that?
You should say mantra once peer each point and tap around 10 times peer point…
