Well i have a lot to share about how i randomly go about in step-by-step order to enter Daydreams.
-
Become relaxed: just take a minute or two to just focus on becoming relaxed but don’t go too far, then it will have a chance of falling asleep which is not good.
-
Sounds: focus on some sounds, could be one to every sound placed into one it doesn’t matter. What does matter is that you listen to the sound and stay focused on it, but if you become off focus DO NOT immediately force your attention back to the sound because daydreams start by wandering minds.
-
Follow what your mind is doing: because eventually you will fall into a daydream and you dont want to miss your chance at remembering it at all.
-
Become lucid: this is pretty easy, If you know a single Reality Check ot most likely what lucid dreaming is the chances are very high you will become lucid.
-
Waking up: When you are done with the dream or can feel your real body becoming a stronger force, wake yourself up, do not wake up naturally. This is very easy to do at the end of a dream and when you wake naturally you have a lower % of dream recal when you wake yourself up you will remember almost all of it in clear detail.
Tips:
Dont try too hard
90% of my daydreams are lucid without try

I generally don’t have to try to daydream…I just do it when I’m bored
happens to me at school sometimes
Apologies about bad post when I get to a computer, (some time today) I am going to re-write the entire tutorial sorry about not making sense.
Everything re-writen into something that can actually be used to enter daydreams have fun.
This sounds to me like Lucid DayDreaming (LDD), still it’s a nice tutorial.
What do you mean by “waking up naturally”? Are you talking about something like, you have a daydream and then you get pulled back into reality because something happened?
I like the concept of this and it would be pretty useful for me because I daydream a lot, but do any of you have an idea how to deal with it when you have daydreams in third person?
ive never really got the concept of a LDD… I mean in school sometimes ill zone out and just be thinking of something random, but can you become lucid and be able to control it? Also whenever i day dream or “zone out” my eyes are open, should they be closed?
3rd person daydreaming is what I do the majority of the time I usually daydream when I woke up and try to go back to sleep but I cannot.
For waking up naturally I mean when you are lucid and cannot feel your actually body and are full concous but still have a slight imagination of what might be happinjng but the dream is pretty much over.
and yes when I daydream my eyes are open because it is very difficult for me to visualize anything so I would say yes eyes closed.
Well that last part made no sense… anyhow It is all your opinion i can daydream either day like if im in school i sometimes do it with with my eyes open (paying no attention to the teacher) but most of the time when im done with assignments early i just close my eyes kick back and imagine and start a daydream out of nowhere. So it is your choice whatever makes you feel more comfortable, eyes open or closed that is for you to figure out because everybody is different
