I like to daydream cause it let’s your mind wander off. What if I daydream while I’m lying in bed could what I daydream about go with me when I sleep?
yes it can, especially if you just have woken up and you go back to sleep straight into REM. it has happened to me before when i’ve done WBTB.
ugh, ok, sorry about the stupid q but i have tried searching around but what does WBTB mean/do? i have seen other ppl tlak about the topic and have not seeing em say what it means, perhaps it is in the search but i would rather just a short lill deffinition plz
